Capcom sales update: Resident Evil 7 biohazard at 9.8 million, Monster Hunter Rise at 7.3 million, more

A couple of newcomers join the Platinum titles list.

Capcom has updated its list of “Platinum Titles“—games that have sold over one million units—providing total sales numbers as of June 30, 2021.

Notable updates include:

Resident Evil Village (PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, PC) has sold 4.5 million units (New)
Monster Hunter Rise (Switch) has sold 7.3 million units (2.5 million additional units since March 31)
Resident Evil 7 biohazard (PS4, Xbox One, PC) has sold 9.8 million units (800,000 additional units since March 31)
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne (PS4, Xbox One) has sold 8.2 million units (500,000 additional units since March 31)
Resident Evil 2 (PS4, Xbox One, PC) has sold 8.6 million units (500,000 additional units since March 31)
Resident Evil 3 (PS4, Xbox One, PC) has sold 4.4 million units (400,000 additional units since March 31)
Street Fighter V (PS4, PC) has sold 5.8 million copies (300,000 additional units since March 31)
Devil May Cry 5 (PS4, Xbox One, PC) has sold 4.5 million units (200,000 additional units since March 31)
Resident Evil Revelations Collection (Switch) has sold one million units (New)
