Arms sold 100,652 units during its first week of sales in Japan, the latest Media Create sales figures reveal.

The release of the arms-based fighting game pushed Switch hardware sales to 37,709 last week, compared to 27,291 sales the previous week.

No other new releases made the top 20 sales chart.
