Momotaro Dentetsu series sales top 20.1 million

Total sales for the Momotaro Dentetsu series have surpassed 20.1 million units as of March 2026, Konami announced.

Momotaro Dentetsu is a digital board game series were players take on the role of a railway corporation president and travel around each region to buy up properties with the goal of acquiring the highest total assets.

The series first launched for Famicom in 1998. The latest release, Momotaro Dentetsu 2: Anata no Machi mo Kitto Aru – Higashi Nihon Hen + Nishi Nihon Hen, launched for Switch 2 and Switch in 2025 in Japan.
