Famitsu Sales: 4/25/22 – 5/8/22 [Update 2]

Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the two weeks spanning April 25, 2022 to May 8, 2022.

Nintendo Switch Sports was the highest selling new release of the past two weeks, moving a total of 304,588 units across the period.

On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 176,592 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 49,798 units, the Xbox Series family sold 14,118 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 81 units. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles continue to face stock issues.
