Media Create Sales: 1/5/15 – 1/11/15

This week’s Media Create sales figures are in.

Yokai Watch 2: Shinuchi continues to lead the latest week in Japanese sales. The game moved another 75,000 units. Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire follow, moving an additional 38,000 copies.

The week itself is rather poor in units moved, especially when compared to last week and Christmas week. Most games in the top 20 this week sold 10,000 copies or lower. Hardware sales dropped back down to 30,000 for the New 3DS LL from last week’s 76,000 and to 19,000 for PlayStation 4 from last week’s 42,000. In total, 3DS hardware this week moved 57,674 units versus last week’s 153,166.
