Several new screenshots released.
Publisher 505 Games and developer ArtPlay have delayed Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night sequel Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement from its previously planned 2026 release window to 2027. It will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
“I would like to share with you some information about our new title, Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement,” producer Koji Igarashi said in a video message. “We have made the decision to move the game’s release to the year 2027.”
Igarashi continued, “Currently, the development of the game has entered its final stages. We’ve included several recent screenshots in the blog post. We also hope to be able to share some gameplay footage with you soon.
“We understand that this is disappointing news for our fans, but everyone on the development team is working hard to make the game the best it can be. We truly appreciate your continued support.”
