DokeV and PLAN 8 still in development; DokeV in pre-production stage

Collectible massively multiplayer online RPG DokeV and exosuit massively multiplayer online shooter PLAN 8, which were originally announced alongside Crimson Desert in 2019, are still in development, Pearl Abyss said in its Q1 2026 financial results.
Resources are currently being prioritized on DokeV, which is in the pre-production stage. Pearl Abyss said its goal is a new title release every two-to-three years, suggesting DokeV could launch as early as 2028. PLAN 8 is currently in the conceptualization stage.

Crimson Desert will continue to focus on enhancing user satisfaction and driving new sales through continuous updates, while expanding its market presence through platform expansion.
