STARSEEKER: Astroneer Expeditions open beta test set for April

Publisher Devolver Digital and developer System Era Softworks will host an open beta test for STARSEEKER: Astroneer Expeditions across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC in April, the companies announced.

STARSEEKER: Astroneer Expeditions is a new game set within the Astroneer universe, focusing on discovery, cooperative expeditions, and camaraderie. Players will need to work together with their squad and the entire space station crew to explore the planet Tephra, accomplish dynamic objectives, and bring resources back to the station to complete the STARSEEKER: Astroneer Expeditions community’s overall goals. The new “Wildlife of Tephra” trailer shows some of the unusual creatures players will encounter on the ground—creatures they will need to analyse, avoid, or pacify—and announces the upcoming open beta in April. Players can sign up for the open beta at the official website and are encouraged to invite their most trusted squadmates to jump in for shenanigans and adventure.

STARSEEKER: Astroneer Expeditions is due out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC via Steam in 2026.
