
Nintendo Switch 2 has sold 17.37 million units and Switch has sold 155.37 million units worldwide as of December 31, 2025, Nintendo announced in its latest earnings release. Switch has now outsold DS, which sold 154.02 million units, and has become Nintendo’s best selling hardware to date.
A total of 7.01 million Switch 2 hardware and 17.31 million software were sold during the three months ended December 31, 2025, while a total of 1.36 million Switch hardware and 47.37 million software were sold.
Nintendo also shared updated sales numbers for its first-party Switch 2 and Switch titles.
