Here is an overview of the game, via Marvelous:
The second Touhou Project fan game from doujin circle Ankake Spa. This is a “bullet hell action RPG” in which you will dodge storm-like barrages of bullets to defeat enemies. And it will feature plenty of familiar inhabitants from the Touhou Project world of Gensokyo!
Enjoy exhilarating action in which you will dash and jump through storm-like barrages of bullets, and eradicate enemies with super flashy attacks.
Utilize “skills” such as long-range attacks with amulets or powerful blows with your purification rod; “spell guards” that deal massive damage and can turn the tide of battle,; and “guards” that, when well-timed, can defend against close-range attacks and slow down the enemy to face off against formidable foes that fire off massive barrages of bullets.
More Than 30 Familiar Faces
Over 30 familiar characters from the Touhou Project series will appear. In addition to protagonists Reimu Hakurei, maiden of Hakurei Shrine, and Marisa Kirisame, an ordinary magician who lives in the Forest of Magic, many other unique characters will also appear, including Sumireko Usami, a girl with a strong admiration for the world of Gensokyo; residents of Scarlet Devil Mansion; and inhabitants of the Moon.
Take on Sub-Quests in the World of Gensokyo
Explore various fields such as The Fairy Forest, Ice Cavern, and Blazing Hell, and take on sub-quests given to you by humans, hermits, and yokai. There are all sorts of sub-quests, including searching for a missing person, investigating unusual incidents, mock battles with combat marionettes, and more. By clearing these sub-quests, you can receive upgrade gems that can be used to increase your stats, as well as rare equipment that will help you out in battle.
