IDOLA: Phantasy Star Saga to end service on January 12, 2022 in Japan
Mobile game ends after four years.IDOLA: Phantasy Star Saga, which first launched on November 27, 2018 in Japan, will end service on January 12 in Japan, publisher Sega and developer appci announced.
“Since service began, we have strived to offer a better experience, planning and managing events, improving the game systems, and so on, but after considering the current game environment, gameplay, and future development, we have unfortunately made the decision to discontinue service,” Sega said in the announcement.
The full service end schedule is as follows:
- October 31, 2021 at 12:00 JST – All new sales of Star Diamonds end
- January 12, 2022 at 12:00 JST – Service ends
- January 12, 2022 at 17:00 JST – Refund requests open
Boltrend Games, which operates IDOLA: Phantasy Star Saga worldwide, has not yet announced plans to end service.
