The version 1.3.0 update for Fighting EX Layer will launch on July 17 for PlayStation 4 and PC, developer Arika announced. The arcade version release date is still to be announced.
Here are the details of the update, via our previous coverage:
- Character Added: Area. (Area will not have any Expert Mode Challenges.)
- Network Battle Improvements: Network Battles have been stabilized, as well as changes and new additions to the user interface.
- New Online Mode Added (Under Testing): A mode for viewing matches, Spectator Mode, has been added. (Available on PlayStation 4 and Steam Versions only.)
- Spectator Mode (Under Testing): A mode where the Lobby Creator can spectate matches between other players who join the Lobby. This mode is suited for streamers.
Fighting EX Layer is available now for PlayStation 4, PC, and arcades.
