Clannad for Switch launches July 4 in Japan

Physical release added.

Romance visual novel Clannad will launch for Switch on July 4 in Japan, publisher Prototype announced. Although previously planned as a digital-only release, it will now be released both physically and digitally.

The Switch version of Clannand will feature touchscreen and Joy-Con support, as well as English and Japanese language options.

Clannad is developed by Key and first launched for PC in April 2004. It has since been ported to various platforms, including PlayStation 2, PSP, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Android, and PlayStation 4. The PC and PlayStation 4 versions are the only two versions currently available officially with an English language option.
