Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3 Professional details the Incarnus
The special monster type returns.
Square Enix has released new Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3 Professional information and screenshots, detailing the 3DS game’s Incarnus, special monsters that have appeared in previous Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker games.

■ The Incarnus
The Incarnus are monsters that would often save the protagonist in previous Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker titles. These Incarnus will also appear in the finale of the series.
However, Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3 Professional will also feature new Incarnus. Their appearance is different from the Incarnus that have already shown up in the series, and much of their power is shrouded in mystery. Meeting these new Incarnus will mark the start of a new adventure in Break World.
■ New Incarnus
Windyo
Windyo is an Incarnus with the body of a child-like, white tiger. It mocks enemies with quick movements and manipulates its specialty wind to blow away its opponents.
Freysha
Freysha is an Incarnus that gives off the impression of an owl. You wouldn’t be able to guess from its cuteness, but it can manipulate powerful flames.
Gaogaia
Gaogaia is an Incarnus that gives off the impression of an innocent bear. However, once it enters battle, it overwhelms its enemy with unyielding power and rock techniques.
Ackle
Ackle is an Incarnus that resembles a turtle and is covered in a protector-like shell. Not only does it offer solid protection, it also specializes in attacks that manipulate water.
■ Unleash the True Power of the Incarnus
By synthesizing the Incarnus, they can evolve into stronger forms. It is unknown just what kind of power is hidden within those that achieve growth, but it will certainly help the player who aims to become the number one monster master.
