Sengoku Basara: Sanada Yukimura-Den will launch for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in Japan in September, the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu reveals.

The latest entry in the Sengoku Basara series, Sengoku Basara: Sanada Yukimura-Den features new military commanders, starting with an adolescent Sanada Yukimura and including both Sanada Masayuki (his father) and Sanada Nobuyuki (his older brother), and tells the grand tale of the Sanada family. Update 6:45 a.m.: Both Sanada Masayuki and Sanada Nobuyuki will be playable military commanders.

  • Sanada Masayuki (voiced by Hochu Otsuka) – Sanada Yukimura’s father. Wears a western-style costume. He has the nickname “Conjurer,” and disrupts the battlefield with his tricky attacks.
  • Sanada Nobuyuki (voiced by Yoshimasa Hosoya) – Sanada Yukimura’s older brother. He fights with a spear and runs across the battlefield with dauntless courage, and is feared as the “Lion of Shinano.”

The theme song is “Committed Red” by T.M. Revolution. It will be released as a part of their new single on April 6.
