Media Create Sales: 10/20/14 – 10/26/14

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate remains on top in this week’s Japanese sales charts. The 3DS game sold another 172,000 copies and is nearing the two million total mark.

The PlayStation 3 version of Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakyuu 2014 topped this week’s new releases with 81,981 copies sold. The PS Vita version moved an additional 51,000.

Bethesda and Tango Gameworks‘ The Evil Within debuted highest on PlayStation 3 at 59,388 copies moved. The PlayStation 4 version trailed behind by a couple hundred units at 59,204. In total, the game sold 124,144 across all available platforms. Even the Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions made the chart—a rarity in Japan.
