Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix hints at 3D remake, new secret movie surfaces

PlayStation 3 collection now available in Japan.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix is now available for PlayStation 3 in Japan. And with its release, the high-def game collection’s new secret movie and ending credits have been uploaded online.

First, let’s look at the end credits. The end credits to Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix included scenes from Kingdom Hearts II, Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, and Kingdom Hearts Re: Coded—the exact lineup of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix. Now, the credits to Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix includes scenes from Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, the only game in the series yet to get the HD treatment. And we already know an HD version is under consideration.
