The latest Deep Down update details the Jackies and Paulies, strange creatures that lurk in the abyss of dungeons, not supposed to have existed in the 15th century.
Jackies mimic dungeon treasure chests. Because they attack Ravens who try to open them, caution is necessary when approaching chests. When it pursues its target, it quickly extends its arms, and bites with its many fangs. Damage is unavoidable, even with tough armor.
Paulies are strange, caterpillar-like creatures that grow en masse and nest on dungeon surfaces and ceilings. With rounded bodies and rotating movement, these creatures attack in clusters. As they’re a threat in groups, it’s best to destroy them before you’re surrounded.
Deep Down will be a free-to-play title on PlayStation 4.
