Assassin’s Creed III Gamescom trailer, screenshots

It's naval warfare, matey!

Following this weekend’s multiplayer trailer, Ubisoft has released a new single-player video for Assassin’s Creed III as part of this week’s Gamescom expo in Germany. Dubbed the “Naval Warfare” trailer, it shows Connor as he commands a naval warship and leads his crew through turbulent waters and enemy ships. Players will be able to fire their ship’s cannons at enemies, including “devastating ammunition” for “optimal impact,” in what Ubisoft describes as “the most detailed and immersive open-sea experience to date.” Watch it below. Additionally, find a new set of screenshots at the gallery.
