Fallout 3 Looks Slightly Worse on the PS3

Hm, this wasn’t expected. Apparently, Fallout 3 looks slightly worse on the PlayStation 3 than its Xbox 360 and PC brothers.

The PC version of the game, of course, beats the console versions in regards to visuals. The Xbox 360 version’s textures are noticeably rougher than the PC’s, and objects in the distance aren’t as clear. It manages to keep up a solid frame rate, however. Both game’s are typically identical though.

Then, there is he PlayStation 3 version. It looks the same as the Xbox 360 version with a few exceptions. Objects in the distance are slightly rougher and textures seem muddier up-close. Along with that, it carries a choppier frame rate.

Other than that, however, all version’s of the game play identically. The only thing that should really mess with your decision is if you prefer the downloadable content.
