Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 3 itself has yet to be announced by Bandai Namco, let alone a network test.
Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 2, a free-to-play multiplayer battle action game, is currently available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam. It originally launched on July 26, 2018.
The first game, Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation, launched for PlayStation 3 on June 28, 2012, and ended service on July 31, 2017.
Bandai Namco plans to hold a live stream celebrating the 40th anniversary of Gundam games around the end of October. It is possible that Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation 3 was intended to be announced in the lead-up to or during the broadcast.
