The Blood of Dawnwalker ‘Console Footage’ trailer
A look at how the game performs on PlayStation 5 Pro, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X.
Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Rebel Wolves have released a five-minute trailer for open-world dark fantasy action RPG The Blood of Dawnwalker showcasing how the game runs on consoles.
(Update 08/24/26: Bandai Namco and Rebel Wolves will release a patch alongside the game that includes a Performance Mode targeting 60 frames per second on PlayStation 5 Pro, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X, the companies announced. The developer said, “Performance Mode was already in the works, but it was still being tested. We simply weren’t ready to promise it yet. We heard your feedback. It was clear how much this mattered to many of you, so we focused on finishing the next round of tests. Those results gave us the confidence we needed to confirm Performance Mode for day one.”)
The video showcases the following consoles and graphics modes:
- PlayStation 5 Pro graphics modes:
- Quality – Dynamic 4K, targeting 30 frames per second
- Balanced – Dynamic 4K, targeting 40 frames per second
- PlayStation 5 graphics modes:
- Quality – Dynamic 4K, targeting 30 frames per second
- Balanced – Dynamic 4K, targeting 40 frames per second
- Xbox Series X graphics modes:
- Quality – Dynamic 4K, targeting 30 frames per second
- Balanced – Dynamic 4K, targeting 40 frames per second
The Blood of Dawnwalker is due out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store on September 3.
