SEGA has released the “Axel Content Drop” update for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, the company announced.
The update includes the following content:
- Axel from Crazy Taxi as a playable character
- Axel’s vehicle, the Devolada Yellow Jack
- Special emotes and sounds including tracks:
- “Axel: Character Select” (Jukebox Only)
- “Axel: Result” (Jukebox Only)
An in-game “Axel Festival” will also run from August 27 at 5:00 p.m. PT / 8:00 p.m. ET until August 30 at 4:59 pm. PT / 7:59 p.m. ET.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
