‘Super2D turn-based RPG’ Amphibian announced for PS5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC
Due out in 2028.
JARCORP Interactive has announced Amphibian, a “Super2D turn-based RPG” coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC via Steam in 2028.
“The guiding principle of Amphibian is the synthesis of intentionality and purpose,” said co-creators and JARCORP Interactive co-founders Greg Alexandropoulos and James Roumeliotis in a press release. “Where every aspect of the gameplay matters. We’re making Amphibian for RPG fans who want an emotional, impactful experience, weaved into a concise, hard-hitting, turn-based adventure.”

Amphibian‘s characters develop in unique ways where no two playthroughs are alike, and where players must train their heroes while managing constantly shifting challenges and obstacles.
