ATLUS has released a new trailer for Persona 4 Revival introducing five of the remake’s new features.
New features highlighted in the trailer include:
- Fully Voiced Events – Immerse yourself in the daily life of Inaba with newly recorded, fully voiced events. Not only will this bring another layer of emotion to the main story, but another layer of connection to newly added Social Link events.
- Send Flying – A brand new feature that can occur when landing a normal attack on a shadow with a status ailment, knocking them back. If the knockback shadow collides with another shadow, it not only deals damage, but spreads the ailment. Keep in mind that this will only work in battles with more than one shadow.
- New Music Compositions – Get ready to boogie down with brand new music compositions from Atlas composer Riyota Kosuka as well as remixed versions of existing Persona 4 tracks. Vocals will be provided by the incredible singer Shiiori Sasaki.
- Baton Pass – Give your allies control with Baton Pass, turning your turn into theirs, specifically to be used during a 1 MORE. Baton Pass serves as an opportunity for you to target different enemy weaknesses and coordinate with allies to knock down opponents.
- Prime Time – Wipe out enemies with the powerful new tactic known as Prime Time. During this mode, you get a series of consecutive actions. All skill costs are eliminated, enemy resistances are ignored, and Baton Pass is freely available. Top it off with a flashy “Series Finale” that deals massive damage. It’s all upside—so when that meter fills up, don’t hesitate to use it.
Persona 4 Revival is due out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store on February 18, 2027. It will also be available via Game Pass.
