A standalone, one-to-two hour experience.
Lost & Found: A This Bed We Made Story, a standalone sequel story to This Bed We Made, will launch for PC via Steam on August 5, developer Lowbirth Games announced.
Here is an overview of the game, via Lowbirth Games:
A New Story for Everyone
Players do not need to own or have played This Bed We Made to enjoy it.
Set a few years after the events of the original game, the story follows Sophie Roy in 1964 as she begins a new job as a stewardess aboard a transatlantic ship.
When passengers’ personal belongings begin mysteriously disappearing, Sophie is drawn back into her snooping ways, leading her into a new investigation filled with secrets and unexpected discoveries.
A Follow-Up to an Indie Success
This Bed We Made introduces players to Sophie Roy, a nosy 1950s hotel maid who snoops through guests’ belongings to uncover how they are tied to a dark mystery.
Since its launch, the narrative-driven mystery game has become a breakout indie success, receiving viral attention across social media and coverage from major media outlets and content creators around the world.
After years of players asking for more and nearly 250,000 copies sold, Lowbirth Games is incredibly excited to finally share Sophie’s next story with the press.
More of What Players Loved
Designed as a focused one-to-two-hour narrative experience, Lost & Found: A This Bed We Made Story builds on the elements players loved most about the studio’s first game: snooping through private spaces, uncovering secrets, cleaning up messes, and piecing together the truth through everyday tasks.
Alongside refined gameplay, a new setting, and a brand-new cast of characters, players will discover an entirely new story. Returning players can also carry forward their choices from This Bed We Made, with some past decisions subtly reflected in the experience.
Special Launch-Week Offer
To celebrate the launch, Lost & Found: A This Bed We Made Story will be available at an introductory 15 percent-off discount during its first week of release.
This Bed We Made will also be available at 50 percent-off off on Steam, giving newcomers an opportunity to experience Sophie’s story from the beginning before carrying their choices into Lost & Found: A This Bed We Made Story.
