No Rest for the Wicked launches in October for PS5 and PC, later for Xbox Series and Switch 2

Action RPG No Rest for the Wicked will leave Early Access and launch in version 1.0 for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam in October, developer Moon Studios announced. Xbox Series and Switch 2 versions will follow at a later date.

No Rest for the Wicked first launched in Early Access for PC on April 18, 2024. The Early Access version is currently available at a limited-time 30 percent-off discount price in commemoration of today’s announcement.

As a token of appreciation for supporters new and old, Moon Studios is offering an exclusive Early Access Founder’s Pack, a free limited edition bundle available for anyone who purchases the game on PC prior to July 10, 2026, with rewards unlocking when 1.0 officially launches. No REST for the Wicked is the highly celebrated action RPG from Moon Studios, the same team behind the critically acclaimed Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps. The game is an enticing blend of dark storytelling, painterly visuals, and best-in-class Soulslike combat and RPG design.

Players take on the role of a “Cerim,” a member of a holy order imbued with mysterious powers, tasked with destroying the Pestilence, an ancient plague that has begun to consume the island Isola Sacra, itself already the site of great political upheaval and death. Players can collect and craft weapons, items, and more to turn the tide of each battle, upgrade their character and personal homestead, and play their part in an epic tale of bloodshed and bravery.

Since its launch in Early Access, No Rest for the Wicked has been supported with multiple major updates, including cooperative multiplayer, player-versus-player duels, and expanded combat possibilities.
