Science Adventure series visual novel reboot STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam on August 20 in Japan, MAGES. announced. It will support English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese text language options, with Japanese audio.
Spike Chunsoft previously announced plans to release STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT in the west in 2026. While the company has yet to announce a western release date, the Japanese version’s inclusion of English language support suggests the western version could launch on the same day.
