Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO new major DLC, ‘Mission 100’ and ‘Survival Mode’ updates announced
"Mission 100" due out on January 26.
Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Spike Chunsoft have announced new “major” downloadable content coming to Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO this summer, as well as a free updates that add “Mission 100” mode on January 26, followed by “Survival Mode” this spring.
The new downloadable content is described as “massive” and “packed” with new playable characters, costumes, moves, stages, a new mode, and more, including: Super Android 17, King Piccolo, and Super Saiyan Bardock; new costumes like Gohan in childhood; and battle customization content that lets you discover new super attacks for Goku and Vegeta.
The new single-player mode “Mission 100” will let players use their favorite characters to challenge and clear various missions. This is described as a “very simple mode,” but one that “offers a variety of battles” and “many many missions that will bring back memories for those who have played Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3.”
It should be noted that the release schedule for both the major downloadable content and the free update for Switch 2 and Switch will differ from other platforms. Specific release windows for the new content were not announced, but the previously released downloadable content for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC will release for the Switch 2 and Switch versions starting this winter.

Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Switch, and PC via Steam.
