YOBARAI Detective: Miasma Breaker coming to Switch 2 this fall in Japan

Mebius will release every-direction action shooter YOBARAI Detective: Miasma Breaker – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition this fall in Japan, the developer announced.

YOBARAI Detective: Miasma Breaker first launched for Switch on January 16.

The Nintendo Switch 2 Edition will feature improved resolution and mouse support. It will be playable at the 8th National Entertainment Festival, or Zentame, which will run from October 18 to 19 in Kakamigahara, Japan.

Purify the night! This is the story of the YOBARAI Detectives who work in the shadows.

Story

One night, as the city slept, evil spirits known as the “Miasma” emerged from the shadows into the empty streets, bringing disaster to the people.

The protagonist, Shinobu Kisaragi, is publicly an employee at a detective agency, but secretly, she is an agent of an organization that exterminates the Miasma.

Each, she fights the Miasma that emerge from the shadows.
