Famitsu Sales: 9/15/25 – 9/21/25 [Update]
Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter debuts at 42,964 retail copies sold.
Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software data for Japan for week of September 15, 2025 to September 21t, 2025.
Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter was the highest selling new release of the week, moving 21,511 units on PlayStation 5 and 21,453 units on Switch for a launch week total of 42,964 retail copies sold.
Also new this week, the Switch version of Castlevania Dominus Collection debuted at 9,503 retail copies sold, and the Switch version of The Quintessential Princesses: Fantasy, the Abyss, and the Magic Academy at 5,077 copies.
Other new titles such as Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree and Class of Heroes 1 2 3 Remaster Collection did not debut in the top 10.
On the hardware side, Switch 2 sold 40,711 units, the Switch family sold 16,612 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 8,384 units, the Xbox Series family sold 395 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 18 units.
