Squanch Games has released a Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of first-person shooter High On Life via Nintendo eShop for $39.99, the developer announced. Users who own High On Life for Switch can upgrade to the Switch 2 version via a free Upgrade Pack.
High On Life first launched for Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store December 13, 2022, followed by PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on July 22, 2023, and Switch on May 6, 2025.
The Nintendo Switch 2 Edition adds the following features:
- Support for Joy-Con 2 mouse controls
- Improved VFX quality
- Upgraded texture quality
- Higher frame rate
- Enhanced resolution
- Up to 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second gameplay when docked
