Arc System Works, Drecom, and SuperNiche announce ‘raising speedrunning simulation RPG’ Demon’s Night Fever
Due out in 2026.
Publisher Arc System Works and developers Drecom and SuperNiche, the company founded by former Nippon Ichi Software president Sohei Niikawa, have announced Demon’s Night Fever, a new RPG. It will launch in 2026. Platforms were not announced.
“The concept of this game is to embrace being evil,” Niikawa said during today’s Arc System Works Showcase announcing the game. “This game lets you wildly enjoy all sorts of wickedness. There is a game I made in the past which I am going to overcome with this game.
“Now, I will tell you the genre of this game—which is very very long—are you ready? ‘Enemies? Allies? Kill Kill Kill! The More You Die the Stronger You Become! Raising Simulation Speedrunning RPG.’ Got it? I know you feel it’s nonsense and I feel the same when saying it myself, but that’s how outrageous this game is, so we hope you look forward to it.
“I haven’t brought any game footage today, but the development is already in its final stage and we’re actually in crunch time. We’re about to release an incomparable and extraordinary game. Please get ready for it check it out!”
