Viking-themed roguelite twin-stick shooter Odinfall will launch in Early Access for PC via Steam on March 11 for $12.99 / £10.99 / €12.99, publisher Fireshine Games and developer Ember Paws Games announced.
“Odinfall is an adrenaline rush of furiously fast action that’s already been receiving some great player feedback during our pre-launch playtests, so we can’t wait to unleash it into Early Access next week,” said Fireshine Games product manager Rob Feather in a press release. “Blending intense action with a satisfying gameplay loop, we’re confident that the game can hold its own amongst the very best of the genre.”
Ember Paw Games CEO and game director Oscar Axelsson added, “I’m a massive fan of games like Nuclear Throne and Enter the Gungeon, and wanted to bring something new to the genre with even more outrageous action set in a Norse mythological future. I’m really proud of everything our small team has achieved in the years we’ve been working on the game, and from the very beginning of Early Access, Odinfall can be played from start to finish, with quality of life improvements and new additions to come throughout the coming months.
