Famitsu Sales: 2/24/25 – 3/2/25 [Update]
Monster Hunter Wilds opens at 601,179 retail sales.
Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software data for Japan for the week of February 24, 2025 to March 2, 2025.
Monster Hunter Wilds for PlayStation 5 was the highest selling new release of the week, opening at 601,179 retail sales.
Other new releases to chart in the top 10 include Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection for Switch, which opened at 49,862 retail sales, and Wizardry: The Five Ordeals for Switch, which opened at 11,299 retail sales.
On the hardware side, the PlayStation 5 family sold 108,978 units, the Switch family sold 45,189 units, the Xbox Series family sold 721 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 20 units.
