Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia has released a new 30-second TV commercial for PlayStation featuring Japanese musician Kenshi Yonezu, dubbed “A World Without Play | Play Has No Limits.”
The commercial itself will not be posted publicly on the PlayStation Japan YouTube channel until January 24, but Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia has sent out “123 Early Access” notices to random PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 users with a link to the unlisted YouTube video.
In a tweet, the PlayStation Japan official Twitter account calls “1-2-3” the “PlayStation slogan.” This is in reference to December 3 (12/3)—the Japanese release date of the original PlayStation. Early Access to the commercial was sent out on January 23 (1/23).
The banners for the PlayStation Japan Twitter account and YouTube channel have also been changed to the above image of Kenshi Yonezu.
