Company, seemingly Bandai Namco, hiring programmer for PS4 and PC ‘robot anime game’ [Update]

New Unreal Engine 4-based Gundam title on the way?

A company within five minutes walking distance of the Keikyuu Main Line in Sengakuji Station, Tokyo is hiring a game programmer to work on an Unreal Engine 4-based PlayStation 4 and PC title themed around robots.

The IT Staffing job posting specifically mentions that it is “programming work for a robot game” / “work concerning a game for a famous robot anime.”

The closest game company within walking distance of the Keikyuu Main Line in Sengakuji Station is Bandai Namco Entertainment. In terms of robot games, the company is mainly known for its Gundam and Super Robot Wars titles.

Thanks, Hachima Kikou.

Update 9:10 p.m.: As noted by [email protected], B.B. Studio, a Bandai Namco-owned studio which develops the Super Robot Wars series among various other titles, is also a short walk away from Sengakuji Station.
