World War Z adds Tokyo map

Core game expanded to four episodes.

World War Z

Publisher Focus Home Interactive and developer Saber Interactive have unveiled the Tokyo, Japan map for World War Z.

“We’ve had such a positive response to the content that we decided to expand the core game and make four episodes spanning eleven levels available at launch”, says Saber Interactive CEO Matthew Karch in a press release.

In Tokyo, hordes of zombies will ambush survivors through “narrow streets and dense urban jungles, battling players right up to the edge of the sea.” The Tokyo episode will feature two missions available at launch, with a bonus mission due out for free shortly after release.

World War Z is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on April 16.
