Sega has announced the stage schedule for Sega Fes 2019, which runs from March 30 to 31 at Bellesalle Akihabara in Tokyo.

March 30

  • B1F Main Stage (YouTube 10:00 to 14:30, YouTube 14:30 to 19:00, Niconico, Periscope)
    • 10:30 to 11:30 – A Thanks to All Sega Fans: Sega Fan Meet-Up 2019 – The opening event to Sega Fes 2019, an event held by Sega Group as a thanks to its fans. Sega Holdings chairman, executive director, and CEO Hajime Satomi will directly introduce directly to the fans the latest news on entertainment content Sega Group has planned for the future. Please look forward to the new, inspiring experiences that Sega Group will deliver the world.
    • 12:30 to 14:00 – Yakuza Fan Meeting 2019 at Sega Fes – A wonderful cast and Yakuza-loving comedians! In addition to a Yakuza cult quiz played by guests, presenters and guests will answer questions from the fans in this 90-minute Yakuza event. Featuring Toshihiro Nagoshi (Yakuza series general director), Masayoshi Yokoyama (Yakuza series chief producer), Akio Horii (Yakuza Online producer), and guests Takaya Kuroda (voice actor), Hidenari Ugaki (voice actor), Kazuhiro Nakaya (voice actor), Penguins (comedian), and NO Motion (comedian).
    • 15:00 to 16:30 – “Ace Border Showdown” Team Division Drawing & Border Break no Bo at Sega Fes 2019 – With voice actor Kanako Takatsuki as a guest, the team combination drawing will be carried out for “Ace Border Showdown,” the first large-scale tournament for the PlayStation 4 version of Border Break to be held on April 28.     • 17:00 to 18:30 – Sega Saturn 25th Anniversary Thanksgiving Stage – It has been 25 years since the release of Sega Saturn. Together with those involved in Sega Saturn and industry officials, we will reflect on the 25-year history of Sega Saturn,. Also, Hiroshi Fujioka, who appeared in television commercials and the like for Sega Saturn as promotional character Segata Sanshiro, will appear as a guest in what will surely be a headcrack of a stage event. Featuring Hideki Okamura (Sega Holdings executive manager and COO), Tadashi Takezaki (TMS Entertainment managing director), Takenobu Mitsuyoshi (Sega Interactive sound creator and vocalist), and guests Hiroshi Fujioka (Segata Sanshiro), Katsuaki Katou (former Weekly Famitsu editor-in-chief), and Kouji Umeda (former Gemaga editor-in-chief).

The “Mega Drive Mini Sidebar” will feature all sorts of discussion related to Mega Drive Mini. Featuring Hiroyuki Miyazaki and Yosuke Okunari (Sega Games).
    • 13:15 to 13:30 – Corner Relay
    • 13:45 to 15:45 – Sega Fes News Channel: Easy as Pie! Sega Fes Darts Live Experience and Sega Ages – Sega Fes News Channel will share various news from across Sega Group with special guests. The “Easy as Pie! Sega Fes Darts Live Experience” part will feature an introduction to the Darts Live booth game event contents and special favors, as well as information on darts collaborations within Sega Group and more. Featuring Takashi Takenouchi (team manager of the online services planning team), and guests Yurie Miyazoto and Mao Karube (Live Queens). The “Sega Ages” part will feature updates on announced titles in the Switch series of Sega Ages titles, as well as the latest information. Featuring Rieko Kodama (Sega Ages lead producer and director), Yosuke Okunari (Sega Ages supervisor), and Naoki Horii (M2 president).
    • 16:30 to 18:30 – Sega Fes News Channel: Idola Phantasy Star Saga and Persona Super Live 2019 Pre-Concert News – Sega Fes News Channel will share various news from across Sega Group with special guests. The “Idola Phantasy Star Saga” part will feature 16 shot per second Takahashi Meijin appearing as the Idola Phantasy Star Saga player representative alongside Shuntarou Tanaka (Idola Phantasy Star Saga producer). The “Persona Super Live 2019 Pre-Concert News” part will feature the latest information on the Persona concert event planned for April 24 and 25 at Tokyo’s Ryougoku Kokugikan.

The top eight players that advanced in the “Puyo Puyo Championship February Tournament” will battle it out on stage. Featuring Masayoshi Kikuchi (Revolve8: Episodic Dueling producer), and voice actor guests Kenji Akabane, Shiori Izawa, Kana Itou, Naomi Ohzora, Ai Kakuma, Daisuke Kishio, Rika Tachibana, and Mina Nagashima.
    • 14:00 to 15:00 – Phantasy Star Online 2 Station! at Sega Fes 2019 – The latest news on the online RPG Phantasy Star Online 2, as well as variety projects and more. New information includes details on Episode 6 and live gameplay of the new Episode 6 content “Final Fleet Interception Battle.” Featuring MCs Ayaka Suwa (voice actor), Nishi Nasunaka (comedian), and Mitsuhiro Ichiki (voice actor and guest MC), and guest Akio Kichioka (Phantasy Star Online 2: Episode 6 director).

In addition to the “Namekata Challenge,” this part will also feature various Sega Fes event information.
