Hazelnut Bastille

Aloft Studio will launch a Kickstarter campaign for Hazelnut Bastille on October 23 at 6:00 a.m. PT / 8:00 a.m. ET, the developer announced.

The “lush, top-down Zelda-like Metroidvania in 16-bit Japanese RPG style” is planned for release on Switch, PC, Mac, and Linux. Read more about the game here.

The Kickstarter campaign will seek to fund the basic development, software licensing, QA costs, localizations, more content, development kits, additional console development, more tracks from Hiroki Kikuta, special mini-games, and various other extended goals.

Users who subscribe to Aloft Studio’s newsletter at the game’s official website will gain access to a demo for Hazelnut Bastille (or just follow this link).
