Kemco has announced Saiaku Naru Saiyaku Ningen ni Sasagu (Dedication to the Person who is the Worst Disaster), a new visual novel for PlayStation 4 in joint development with Yamagata-based independent developer Water Phoenix and supervised by Rei-Jin-G-Lu-P scenario writer Amphibian.

Update 11:35 p.m.: Saiaku Naru Saiyaku Ningen ni Sasagu will launch on August 23 in Japan for 3,333 yen.

The game follows a lone girl living in five worlds. She is a multi-world traveler called Kuro, who is able to freely travel between the five worlds and whose name changes depending on the world.

The protagonist (the player) is named Hyouma. He is unable to see any living thing outside of Kuro.

The boy who cannot see other people and the girl who cannot be seen by others start living in support of each other. But one day, disaster struck the two and their peaceful daily lives collapsed. The disaster occurs with Hyouma as its center and looms before him as an inescapable fate. Continuing to fight against it, the boy will eventually have to make a decision…
