Housemarque

Housemarque, the studio behind Resogun, Nex Machina, Alienation, and Matterfall, will announce its next project at Reboot Develop 2018 in Croatia, which runs from April 19 to 21, the company teased.

The studio will host a panel on April 21 at 1:00 p.m. PT / 4:00 a.m. ET / 10:00 a.m. Croatia time called, “Arcade is dead… what next?” according to the official schedule.

Back in November 2017, Housemarque announced its departure from the arcade game genre in favor of “something totally different than what you might expect” including “multiplayer experiences with strong, robust communities.” It also hinted its next title would be an Early Access game. Then, in December 2017, the studio announced that it licensed Unreal Engine 4 for the development of a “soon-to-be-announced title” that has still yet to be announced.
