Bandai Namco will release a global version of the MoreFun Studios-developed fighting game Naruto Mobile for iOS and Android, the company announced.
The official description reads, “Relive the story of Naruto and other iconic characters with anime-style ninjutsu, spectacular Ultimate Jutsu, and fast-paced battles! A wide range of shinobi from across the series join as playable characters! Collect your favorite shinobi and take on your dream battles!”
Naruto Mobile first launched on May 19, 2016 in China. The global release, which has yet to be dated, will arrive more than 10 years after its initial debut.
The localization was announced as part of “Project Rasengan,” a three-year plan of new Naruto media from 2027 to 2029, including the Naruto x Ninku anime limited series, Naruto Card Game trading card game, and Naruto: Shadow Rising manga, among other unannounced projects.
