Monster Hunter: World

Total worldwide shipments and digital download sales for Monster Hunter: World have exceeded 7.5 million, Capcom announced.

The new milestone makes Monster Hunter: World the best-selling title in Capcom company history.

The latest Media Create software sales reveal that at least 1,890,273 units of the 7.5 million are retail sales of the PlayStation 4 version in Japan. Famitsu numbers published late last month also reveal that at least 652,614 units are digital sales of the PlayStation 4 version in Japan.

Monster Hunter: World launched worldwide for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 26 (the Xbox One version is only available in North America and Europe). A PC version is due out this fall.
