Super Bomberman R worldwide shipments top 500,000, 1-2-Switch on track to ship one million

A strong performance for Konami's Bomberman revival.

Konami’s Super Bomberman R shipped 500,000 units worldwide in March, Nintendo announced during its financial results briefing for the fiscal year ended March 2017.

Nintendo’s own 1-2-Switch is “on track to ship one million units very soon,” according to Nintendo president Tatsumi Kimishima.

Both Super Bomberman R and 1-2-Switch were Switch launch titles released on March 3.
