Atlus “looking into” Persona 5 Japanese voice DLC

But no news for now, Atlus says.

Persona 5

The English version of Persona 5 is only planned to ship with English voice-overs. This much was confirmed last week. But Atlus is “looking into” the potential of releasing the Japanese audio as downloadable content.

On Twitter today, Atlus U.S.A. public relations manager John Hardin said: “So, once again: All we are confirming at P5 launch is English dub. I’m looking into the possibility of JPN vo as DLC, but no news there.”

Hardin added that, “regarding expectations, know that is a massively steep, uphill request.”

Persona 5 is due out for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 on September 15 in Japan and on February 14 in the Americas.
