Falcom has released new Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA information and screenshots detailing characters Olga and Sarai, the friends of female protagonist Dana, who stars alongside Adol, first introduced earlier this week.
Get the information below.
■ Characters
Olga (voiced by Yui Kano)
“Good grief… how can you come up with something so mischievous?”
A friend of Dana’s who spent her childhood with her.
She is a hard working type who is strict with both herself and others. Although she often admonishes Dana, who one way or another causes problems, she has recognized her unique talents of wealth of imagination and solid resolution since childhood.
Although Dana’s way of thinking and living is quite different than her own, she cannot get over how dangerous it might be for Dana and worries about her welfare.
Sarai (voiced by Yuki Kaneko)
“Hehe, if you look at the regular Dana, she doesn’t seem to be the exceedingly famous problem child, does she?”
A girl who spent her childhood together with Dana and Olga.
She is cheerful and gentle, has a friendly personality, and doesn’t discriminate against anyone.
During childhood, she loved to gossip with her fellow children, and would always warmly watch over Dana (the troublemaker who would inconvenience those around her) and Olga (who would always nag and scold Dana).
Sarai is a conservative type who doesn’t take action of her own accord, but can sometimes unleash sharp remarks on Olga.
Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA is due out for PS Vita in Japan on July 21 and for PlayStation 4 in 2017.
