Yakuza 5 screenshots introduce combat

Each character has their own styles, skills, and abilities.

Yakuza 5

Sega has released a new set of Yakuza 5 screenshots introducing the game’s combat.

One of the most important things a member of the Yakuza must master is bloody, no-holds-barred street fighting. Each of Yakuza 5‘s five protagonists possesses unique fighting styles, skills, and upgradeable special abilities. There are weapons, too, including pliers, wooden swords, street signs, and bicycles.

Sega will host part two of its Yakuza 5 gameplay live stream today at 11:30 a.m. PT / 2:30 p.m. ET. It will be available on Twitch when it goes live.

Yakuza 5 is due out by the end of the year in North America and Europe via PlayStation Network.
