God Eater 2: Rage Burst demo announced, 5th anniversary event scheduled

Bring your God Eater 2 PSP data to PlayStation 4.

God Eater 2: Rage Burst

A downloadable demo for God Eater 2: Rage Burst will be released prior to the game’s launch in Japan on February 19, Bandai Namco announced.

The PS Vita demo will be able to use the same save data from the PSP version of the original God Eater 2. By using cross-save, you can switch over the PS Vita demo data inherited from the original PSP game to the PlayStation 4 demo. In other words, by using the demo, it’s possible to migrate your PSP data to PlayStation 4.

A fixed date for the demo was not announced.

Also announced, Bandai Namco will hold a God Eater series fifth anniversary presentation on February 4 at 19:30 Japan time.

The event will feature the latest news on the God Eater anime, as well as other updates. Special guests will also appear. A Niconico live stream is planned.
