AKIBA’S TRIP 2 will have collaborations with AliceProject, Genshiken, Nippon Ichi Software, Nihon Falcom, Spike Chunsoft, Hyperdimension Neptunia, and Million Arthur, this week’s Famitsu reveals.
The magazine doesn’t detail what these collaborations entail, but we imagine they’re for ads you’ll see throughout the game’s rendition of Akihabara, or for costumes the protagonist and partner characters can wear. The bus running through Akihabara will feature Ragnarok Odyssey Ace wrapping, for example.
The game will also have its own in-game anime called “Striprism,” which is described as similar to PreCure or Madoka Magica.
AKIBA’S TRIP 2 is due out for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in Japan on November 7.
Thanks, Game Nyarth.
